what is mind over mohns training?

It is the combination of mobility training and strength training for everyday life.

Mobility refers to the amount of active, controllable motion that one possesses. The more mobile a person is, the more they are able to maximize their movement potential safely, efficiently, and effectively.

 

This combination of training acts to strengthen and shield your joints so that movement can be executed confidently. It also improves the function of your nervous system which can lead to a reduction of current pain and injury, as well as pain and injury prevention, joint health and longevity, and an increased ability to move freely and easily.
